The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including LG ovens with built-in air fryers), quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare fresh coastal meals. Gather around the quartz dining table or step outside to the deck to grill on the Weber BBQ and dine with the ocean as your backdrop.

THINGS TO KNOW
- There is 1 portable A/C unit, and 1 portable dehumidifier located in the bedroom closets, and movable as needed.
- We recently added a beach deck box with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, kites, kid's sand digging toys, and various other beach-y gear, all for your enjoyment.
- Binoculars and a rain umbrella are available for your pleasure!
- A universal EV charger is available at $0.20 kWh, which is about 1/2 the cost of the Tillamook Tesla supercharger. (Tesla guests will need to bring their own J1772 adapters.)
HOUSE RULE HIGHLIGHTS:
- This home strictly enforces a no-pet policy (not including verified and registered service animals). As owners, we have dog/cat allergies in our family. Any abuse of this policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee along with removal from the property.
- This home strictly enforces a no-smoking policy. Any abuse of this policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee and immediate removal from the property.
- The maximum number of guests is 4, with the exception of 1 additional infant (the infant must be small enough to fit in the pack-n-play). Any abuse of this policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee and removal from the property.
- The entire first floor is a car and storage garage that is unavailable to guests.
- The house has a "no shoes on inside house" policy. Please pack your slippers if you are like my wife and me, who get cold toes without something covering them:)
When you make a reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and authorize a security deposit authorization hold of $300, via a link provided by text/email/DM depending on the booking site.
